At Heritage Medals, in addition to offering discounts to serving members of Australia's defence and police forces, and ex-service organisations; we believe in rewarding loyal customers. And that's why we've kicked off our rewards program. Without lifting a finger, you can earn 1 point for every Australian dollar spent. You earn points for the product value of your order. Points are not earned on shipping amounts or GST. Sorry, no, you cannot convert points into cash. Points are automatically allocated to your online account when we process and ship your order. You can always view and manage your Heritage Rewards points in the "My Account" section once you have signed in.

You can pick up extra points when you share your experience about a product you purchased from our web site by writing a product or service review online. Not only will you help other customers to be able to make informed choices about our products but you'll also be rewarded with bonus points. You must sign into your online account to be able to write a review and earn additional points. These bonus points are added to your account after your reviews are published.

How do I sign up?
Any customer with an online account is automatically registered in this program. There is no charge or fee, nor any obligation to provide additional information. Just start shopping to start earning.

How do I claim points?
Points will be credited to your account automatically. You can log in at any time and check your points value and there is no claim form to fill out.

When will the points be credited?
Points will be credited to your online account as soon as your order ships. Naturally if for any reason you return an item, those points are deducted from your total.

I have not received my points, What should I do?
If you've received your order and the points have not been credited to your account just email us using our contact form and we'll make sure your eligible points are credited.

How do I know how many points I will earn?
The points earned for each individual item will be clearly listed on every product page.

How do I know how many points I have?
Once you sign-in to your online account, you'll be able to quickly see the amounts of points pending and the total of points you've earned. You'll find it listed under the 'View or change my account information' link.

How much are my points worth?
Every time you purchase online, each point accrues as you continue to shop from visit to visit, and each point is worth 5c against future purchases on any item on our online shop. Effectively it's a 5% discount. Sorry, sale items and special offers do not apply for reward points, as they are already discounted.

What is the difference between points pending and points earned?
Points pending are points from orders which have not yet been despatched. Once they have been despatched the points pending will be appear as points earned. You can only spend points earned.

Points accumulation
We have noticed that over the years, some people generate multiple accounts; usually because of a change of address, lost password or some other personal circumstance, so it's very important that you always sign into the original account you created online. If you do change address, or email address or lose your password, you can change addresses online and click the 'forgot your password' link at login. Signing into the one account, means you'll accumulate points faster, and all in the same place.

Can I redeem points and pay for products using points?
Sure can! You can either spend your points as they accrue, or save them up for special occasions or gift-giving. During checkout, On the payment page there is a 'pay with reward points' check-box. You will also need to select another payment method even if the points will cover the total cost of the order. In that case just select cheque or direct bank transfer.
