So. You're wondering about joining us as a medal mounter, retailer, or memorabilia/picture framer at Heritage? Good for you! We're always on the lookout for good people.
Fortunately our turnover of staff is low, and whilst we are always looking for people who impress us, we don't always have a vacancy. Having said that, if you have some experience, or you are really interested in at least a year’s commitment as a trainee, please contact us and let's have a chat.
Occasionally, we do hire both experienced and trainee medal mounters and memorabilia and/or picture framers.
Trainees at Heritage have the opportunity to learn all aspects of medal mounting and memorabilia/picture framing, including care of artifacts, paperwork and artwork, frame design, mat and moulding cutting, and assembly of framed pieces and collections.
If you're considering joining us a custom memorabilia/picture framer, we'd expect that you'd have a breadth of experience and would have worked as a custom framer for at least two years in a full service framing facility.
Heritage is family-owned, and a full service custom memorabilia and picture framing workshop in Perth, with a retail outlet in Sydney - and more locations to come. In 2010, we celebrate ten years in business, providing pretty special customers with a large selection of archival framing materials and specialist mouldings.
Our people are trained to provide professional design services, whatever the project - although we primarily undertake work for members of the Australian Defence Force, state and federal police forces, fire, ambulance and emergency services and their families.
Heritage, depending on the time of year, can be a high-volume operation with competitive pricing and we have a solid, loyal customer base. Our people strive to provide a professional, positive, and friendly approach to all our customers - regardless of their location, in Australian or around the globe.
Our people are the greatest asset we have, and we tend to only hire positive team members who understand the importance of attention-to-detail and precision our clients expect. We train both new trainees and experienced framers to our exacting standards. We offer an upbeat, fun and pleasant working environment. We're open six days and one evening a week (and may soon be seven days). Work rosters vary and are flexible so that we can schedule our people into the hours that work best for both of us.
