You have a complete medal consulting service available to you, and it's 100% FREE for the asking. We're more than happy to answer any queries on medals without any charge or obligation. How to apply for medals that may have been earned but not issued, in what order they should be worn, and the re-issue in some circumstances, of medals that may have been lost or stolen, and how to get access to service records and medal entitlements.

Heritage Medals cannot issue genuine medals, nor can we (or anyone else) tell you which medals form your entitlement or the entitlement of a relative; that is done solely by the Directorate of Honours and Awards in Canberra, where in conjunction with the various medal sections, they can check individual records of service and check whether the medals have already been issued, or may still be claimed.
