Understanding Delivery Timings

Delivery estimates are provided by the Australia Post web site in real time, and usually take 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) to anywhere in Australia - provided all the products you order are in stock at the time of ordering.

Medals, military and service accoutrements and service-related memorabilia is a niche, vertical market with a small manufacturing base both in Australia and overseas, and quantities made are not high for most items because of the limited demand (no mass market). Consequently, lead times on deliveries from manufacturers to us can be uncomfortably long at times.

If you have received notice that your order has been shipped (via email and your online account status) but not received within a reasonable time, your first recourse should ALWAYS be your local post office. Often deliveries have been attempted and Australia Post tell us they leave a card in your post office box or letter box advising you to check with the post office for a re-delivery or pick-up. Armed with your tracking number we advise online and through email, your local post office will be able to trace your package for you.

When it comes to framing packages, whether framed medals, family memorabilia or weapons, they are almost always despatched through our courier service which uses Allied Express - we learnt years ago that couriers have better experience with fragile goods, and to date (although the delivery process can be slow, we're told 10-18 working days), we have not had major problems with damage or lost shipments.
