Military & Service Community Outreach Program As a good corporate citizen, Heritage Medals is always committed to giving back to the community it serves. Through the years since inception, we've donated web space, server access and web development, plus donated many thousands of dollars worth of product, plaques and framed memorabilia to many organisations and ex-military/ex-service causes. Our community outreach program was developed to donate product and services to non-commercial organisations for fund-raising and other purposes.
Who's Eligible to Participate? Due to high demand and the high cost of sponsorship, we are unable to sponsor product and/or services to every organisation that seeks our help, and so we've had to set some simple criteria at a minimum in order to qualify for participation. How to Participate? Please contact us at service@heritagemedals.com.au about our Community Outreach and Fund-raising Sponsorship Program and provide as much information as possible. This will help speed up the decision making processes. If your organisation qualifies, we will be in touch to discuss your specific requirements. Please understand that we receive requests on a weekly basis and we do have a limited budget per organisation. We apologise in advance if your application is not successful, however you are more than welcome to submit multiple applications at any time in the future. The Fine Print? Privacy: One of our top priorities is making sure that your personal information is safe. Please review our Privacy Policy. By participating in the program, you are agreeing to Heritage Medals' collection and use of your personal information and acknowledge that you have read and accepted our privacy policy. Limitation of Liability: By entering in the donation program, participants release and hold Heritage Medals, any affiliated companies and employees from any and all liability of any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize won. Cancellation Rights: Heritage Medals reserves the right at its sole discretion to modify, suspend or cancel the donation program. Who Has Been Successful? Commitment to community service here is an ongoing culture we're proud of. Some of the organisations we support or have supported; 5/7 Royal Australian Regiment Assocation National 55 AESS EWPS Assocation National A Grunt's View of The Viet Nam War National Air Despatch Association of Australia National ANZAC Research First World War Research Site Australian Air Crews National Australian Diggers National Australian UN Peacekeepers National Bomb Response Unit Western Australia Police City of Wanneroo Fire Service Western Australia Bravo Coy 16 BN RWAR Western Australia Delta Coy 16 BN RWAR Western Australia Fleet Air Arm Association Western Australia HMAS Perth Pages National HQ 1ATF Viet Nam Viet Nam Injured Service Persons Association National Project Pandanus North Queensland RAAC Association Victoria RAAF Association Village Merriwa RAAF Djinnang Association Queensland RAAF 3 TELU Association Western Australia RASIGS Association Western Australia Returned and Services League of Australia Western Australia State Branch Returned and Services League of Australia Ocean Reef Sub-branch Returned and Services League of Australia Parramatta Sub-branch Royal Australian Army Ordnance Corps Association South Australia Royal Australian Regiment Association South Australia Royal Australian Regiment Association Western Australia South Australian Mounted Rifles Association South Australia TPI Association Headquarters Western Australia Vietnam & Associated Veterans Victoria Vietnam Veterans Association of Australia Bribie Island Sub-branch Vietnam Veterans Association of Australia Coolangatta/Tweed Sub-branch Vietnam Veterans Association of Australia Diamond Valley Sub-branch Deserving Causes Stolen Medals: Sadly there are low-lifes in the general community who will stoop to stealing hard-won service medals. On many occasions, Australia-wide we have made offers to replace stolen or damaged medals of ex-service personnel and their families. Here's just one instance that received press publicity. After Yvonne Bolton's medals were stolen, we were privileged to help out. .
