HM provided an easy and intuitive website which allowed the easy browsing and selection of medals.

The payment process was easy and secure and the best part of the transaction was I was provided with regular updates as to the status of my purchase including - Order received, Being constructed and dispatched. The medals themselves are hard to tell from my originals!

The defence discount and free postage was icing on the cake. I strongly recommend HM services and commend you for a pleasurable shopping experience.

Medal was received today - I am very pleased with it and with your prompt & efficient service. Again I was very pleased with the quality of the medal, which will join the replica VC in a display case paying tribute to several recipients of these awards (just for my own pleasure). As I've indicated, both medals are excellent copies and arrived carefully wrapped & protected.

Although I am a 12 year Infantry veteran I'm not a huge collector of military items but I do have a modest collection of things that are important to me. The Medal I purchased from heritage medals was the final one I needed from my late Grandfather's WW2 service medal set.

I was surprised and very impressed with the medal when it arrived because not only did my purchase come carefully packed, but the glossy folder, the quality of the medal, the length of ribbon and the splendid touch of the polishing cloth did everything to show that heritage medals considered - even my modest purchase - important.

In a world where we are pounded by bad products, flaccid service and even worse customer care, my dealing with heritage medals a breath of fresh air.

I am very pleased with the items you provided me and thoroughly impressed with the service and consideration extended to me...truly outstanding and deserving of praise.

Your kindness has enabled me to recreate the 3RAR shadow box that I lost when several cartons of my possession went missing at one of my Army career duty relocations. My time serving as US Army liaison officer to 3RAR on operations out of Nui Dat during 1968 gave me the privilege of working with a truly outstanding and highly professional group of Australian soldiers. I was proud to have them accept me to their unit as a fellow para and soldier. The presentation to me of their "Skippy" beret and collar insignia and para wings as well as a Rising Sun hat badge was quite an honor. I considered these momentos as a great treasure and made them into a shadow box which I proudly displayed. When it turned up missing, I was deeply saddened.

Through the good offices of Heritage Medals and its consideration for Australian soldiers...and an allied soldier like me...I was able to replace those lost items. Although they are not the actual ones presented to me more than 40 years ago, they still represent an important time in my life. My 3RAR shadow box is restored and once again hanging proudly in my home. I cannot adequately express my deep appreciation for your assistance. I have included a picture of the new shadow box.
