Be wary of collector sets that use cheap anodised aluminium frames, which are flimsy and will easily warp, tarnish and peel. Take care that the framer is a professional and cares about his/her work. Buyer Beware (Caveat Emptor) applies. These frames are professionally hand-crafted from the finest timber mouldings with precision-cut mat boards and all materials used are acid-free to prolong the life of the collection. Exceptional framing requires expertise in design, quality craftsmanship and a great selection of moulding and matting. Each medal is individually precision court-mounted, not just attached to a spare piece of riband.

Whilst it's not unusual for someone to pay $500 to $800 for an off-the-rack suit or thousands of dollars for custom made furniture, most people are surprised to find that a custom made picture frame might cost several hundred dollars. For a mass-produced ready-made, shop-bought frame, $200 is expensive. The price reflects the personalisation, selection process, design time, expertise and quality of the product. Each custom frame is hand-made one at a time. It's why we offer a cast-iron guarantee on workmanship. Each framed collection is painstakingly hand-made and finished so please allow at least 4-6 weeks for delivery within Australia. A deposit of 50% is deducted from your card at the time of ordering, the remaining balance is deducted at time of shipment.

Payment terms available: If you find you can't quite handle a complete payment, we offer payment in staged charges to your credit card. $275.00 deposit with order, followed by a further two monthly payments of $135.00 each. If you would like to avail yourself of this option, just write "Payment Terms" in the instructions section during checkout. Pack'n'post is additional (approximately $45.00) and will be charged with the first (deposit) payment. Remember to add GST (it is applied at checkout).
