Our distribution centre in Perth now offers tracked courier shipments, which means that you can now get your favourite badges, medals and memorabilia faster than ever. Most deliveries generally now take just 2-5 working days from despatch and your in-stock items usually ship within 2 or 3 days from placing an order.

*No signature means you authorise deliveries to be left at your address, just like regular mail. Deliveries may take longer in remote or rural areas.

All delivery times are estimates, we can’t be held liable for any delays that may occur which are totally outside our control.
Because we use contracted couriers or Australia Post, we cannot carry out deliveries on weekends including public holidays and we cannot carry out deliveries at specific times of the day, nor can we instruct drivers about placement of deliveries. Tracked courier deliveries cannot be addressed to Australia Post.
In order to protect you from fraudulent card use on our web site, all orders are subject to secure manual processing. Any irregularities found may mean your order is not processed immediately and we’ll be in touch to ensure the security of your data.
We use Australia Post international’s registered parcels, or EMS international couriers.
You are responsible for checking import thresholds or duties for your delivery address before placing an order. It is also your responsibility to ensure any products you order comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country or region.
We will endeavour to assist you if customs related restrictions or delays arise when you order from us, but we are unable to provide local support.
