How do I take advantage of Heritage's FREE Shipping Offer? 

You qualify for our Free Shipping option on any order you place, regardless of quantity - however it does not include framed memorabilia, framed medals, framed weapons or prints/posters, and does not include express or international shipping. 

So there are conditions that apply? In a word, yes; and some products and services are excluded from the offer. Read on to find out how to qualify;

1. Place your eligible products in your shopping cart (framed memorabilia, framed weapons, badge collections or plaques do not qualify for free shipping because of weight and size), and then proceed to checkout.
2. Ship your items to a single Australian address.
3. We will automatically deduct shipping costs from your order when it qualifies. After your order ships, it will be delivered within 5-9 business days.
4. Add items to your cart (there is no upper or lower limit!). Place your order, and enjoy your free shipping!

The Fine Print

• Free shipping is by regular Australia Post standard mail; no tracking, no proof of delivery.
• Applies to Australian delivery addresses only.
• If you qualify for free shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
• Cancelling items, combining orders, changing your shipping address or changing to express delivery, will affect your order's eligibility for free shipping.
• Applies only to orders with of qualifying merchandise, excluding gift-wrap charges, at the Heritage Medals Group web sites.
• Excludes items that are frames, framed memorabilia, framed weapons, badge collections or plaques including certain oversize or overweight items. If in doubt, please ask.
• Applies to AFPO addresses when using Australian Armed Forces Post Office boxes only.
• Weekend delivery cannot be requested. We use Australia Post regular mail for deliveries, and Australia Post do not deliver on weekends.
• Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply. You will be advised prior to shipment if this is the case.
• May be used in conjunction with a promotional Heritage Club discount code or ADF/Police serving discount offers.
• You will not receive free shipping on your order if any eligible items are cancelled.
• We reserve the right to change or discontinue free shipping at any time.
