All of us at Heritage Medals fully appreciate the job that serving members of the Australian armed forces do; and we'd like to show that appreciation by offering the many thousands of customers we have who are ADF members, and new ADF customers a discount on all medals and mounting purchases.

To avail yourself of the Serving Discount, you will need to register your account with your current DRN address, and have your order updates sent there. If you already have an online account with Heritage Medals - just update your account whilst you're logged in to reflect your ADF email address, Click here.

In the past we've had a more lax policy, but sadly, with the increases we've just made to the serving member discount, there are far too many charlatans in cyberspace who lie about their service just to obtain a discount. Without an ADF or police email address, Whistler's mother could claim service - so we've had to tighten the policy a little, in order to make sure the people who are really entitled to it, are the ones who get it.

If you're deployed and cannot access the DRN easily, in the comments section at the bottom of each page of your order process, in one of the boxes just add your rank and unit (please, NO OPSEC details) and PMKeyS and we'll process the discount for you post-order. If you have to use PayPal as payment, within a few days we'll process a refund for the difference.

We offer the same discounts to those involved in the urban battlespace; serving police personnel who use their state or AFP email address for their account, will also automatically qualify for a serving discount.

The discount is not reflected in the day to day prices throughout the web site, but is applied at the checkout stage, prior to payment method selection and order confirmation.

And, if you're an ex-service member of the RSL, TPI Association, or a DVA Benefits Card holder - or a current member of a uniformed fire (metro or rural), ambulance or emergency service - you're also entitled to a discount on all medal mounting, re-mounting, and medal cleaning and restoration services.
