
We are currently moving from 'olde worlde' landlines to VOIP in the Perth showroom tonight, and it appears there 'may' be some outages; London to a brick that means there will be - as usual, email is the best contact option as we monitor that closely.
In our retail locations we have limited staff availability to cover both phones and walk-in customers, so even if your enquiry is urgent, email will still be the fastest contact/reply option. Particulary over the next 24 hours.
Please accept our apologies if the changeover causes you any inconvenience - our geeks tell us that any outages should be short.

All seems to work. Although as suspected we did lose phones and power a few times (now we know why they do this stuff overnight).
As soon as we've thoroughly tested it all, we'll throw the switch, and let you know the new numbers - just in case porting the old numbers works like the rest of telephony projects.
